Campos en Entre Ríos® is a rural real estate agency based in Oro Verde (Paraná) that operates throughout the province, with a strong presence in the departments of Paraná, Nogoyá, La Paz, and Diamante. We offer three specific services: rural appraisal, sale of fields and purchase of fields, combining technical analysis of the land with legal and commercial management of the operation.
How we work
Since 2021, we have been supporting producers, families, and investors in agricultural, livestock, and mixed-use land transactions in Entre Ríos. We don't operate like an urban real estate agency that simply adds rural properties to its portfolio: technical land analysis—land surveys, satellite monitoring, and drone inspections—is a core part of our process, along with the legal and documentary management required for every rural transaction.
Below, we explain what each of our three services entails. You can visit each page to see the complete details of the process.
Rural Appraisal
To put a real value on a field requires walking on it, not just looking at plans.
We begin by understanding the reason for the appraisal—sale, inheritance, division of assets—and then we go to the land to assess its actual agronomic or livestock capacity.
We also review the documentation to ensure that the value we assign is legally viable and transferable, not just a desk estimate.

Sale of Fields
If you're thinking of selling your property, the process begins by defining a clear exit strategy and organizing the documentation before publishing, so that the sale doesn't fall through at the last minute.
We diagnose the real potential of the property, put together the promotional material and offer it first to our portfolio of investors before going on the open market.
We negotiate, close deals, and also assist with the subsequent stage: what to do with the money from the sale if you plan to reinvest.

Purchase of Fields
If you are looking to buy a field in Entre Ríos, first we define precisely what you need: surface area, suitability, zone, budget.
From there we go out to look for tailor-made options, including properties that are not published online, within our network of contacts.
Each field we bring you has already been technically audited by us, so you don't buy a problem disguised as an opportunity.
Then we negotiate the price, secure the transaction at the notary's office, and also assist you when you settle in: contractors, productive start-up, whatever you need.

What makes a specialized rural real estate agency different
It's not a sales pitch — it's real fieldwork, before, during, and after every transaction.
Technical survey of the land
Before appraising, publishing, or searching for a property, we explore it: GIS, satellite monitoring, and drone inspection on the actual terrain, not on a map.
Rural document management
Surveys, titles and cadastral status in ATER reviewed before the operation reaches the notary's office.
Network of contacts
Many deals are resolved within our portfolio of inquiries, field searches, buyers and investors, before going on public display.
Support beyond the signature
We can help you with the paperwork if you need it after the purchase, or help you decide what to reinvest in, with options within our rural and urban properties — depending on the service you are using.
Do we appraise, sell, or find your next field?
Tell us what you need and we'll give you concrete information, no beating around the bush.
